In collaboration with my network of contacts and experts in the field of digital transformation, we can accompany companies to become more digitized in many ways. This service requires managing multiple resources because it impacts the company’s operations, financial and human resources. Evaluation of investment opportunities in emerging technologies and digital innovations is imperative.
It also includes assessing and managing cybersecurity and data privacy risks and developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in digital activities.
